this dinner was great and my family enjoyed it too. very easy to do.
one box rice a roni herb and butter
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 lb of fresh asparagus
1 bag peeled and deveined shrimp
1 medium pot for rice
1 large pot for boiling asparagus and shrimp
in the large pot add water and start heating it up. meanwhile cut the bottom of the asparagus off about half of an inch. then cut the asparagus into one inch pieces. add to water and bring to boil. now prepare the rice according to the directions on the box. then cut the tomato and deseed then cut the remaining tomato into small squares. once asparagus is up to a boil add shrimp and cook till pink. once pink drain water out. add the finished rice in the pot and tomato. stir items together and serve and enjoy.
